The Enterprise Support Analyst handles Level 2 support for client applications, including FirstStrike Commercial, portals, and other client/vendor-facing applications.
This role serves as a point person for client support issues, documenting and escalating as needed. Responsibilities include maintaining Windows servers and virtual environments, deploying server configurations, performing upgrades, creating documentation, and supporting business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
