Job summary

Blue Yonder Hyderabad is seeking a Lead Functional Consultant for Transportation Management Systems to drive design, configurations, and delivery for global customers. You will be the functional liaison across stakeholders to ensure timely and successful delivery of the final solution.

Qualifications

• 16 to 18 years of experience in Supply Chain domain.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within Blue Yonder’s Transportation Management Systems.
• Experience with the software development life cycle and end-to-end IT project implementations; core member of at least 3 IT projects.
• Additional consulting/implementation experience with other leading SCM solutions is a plus.
• Prior experience in a management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive the design, optimization, and implementation of Blue Yonder Transportation Management software solutions for customers, utilizing industry best practices and process methodologies
• Apply domain knowledge to fully understand and identify how the Blue Yonder solutions can be configured and delivered to best meet customer requirements/business processes
• Lead solution design to ensure clear construct and validation tasks and timeline
• Conduct and/or guide system integration, user acceptance testing and deployment phases of the project to ensure a seamless transition
• Sustain the balance between project scope, timeline, and requirements to ensure successful time to value and definitive customer satisfaction
• Assess business needs that fall outside the standard solution and/or scope, and assess integration complexity, architecture constraints and/or product roadmaps
• Recognize and highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers/projects
• Communicate business cases to PMG and PD regarding customer specific needs related to product functionality and enhancements

What We Are Looking For

• 16 to 18 years of experience in Supply Chain domain.
• Minimum 5 years of specific experience working within Blue Yonder’s Transportation Management Systems, either as a customer of Blue Yonder or as a consultant implementing Blue Yonder solutions for customers.
• Experience with the software development life cycle and end to end IT project implementations. Must have been the core member of at-least 3 IT project implementations.
• Additionally relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as Oracle, Manhattan or SAP is a plus.
• Current or prior experience working in a management consulting organization or Supply Chain Center preferred.
