Job summary

Flutter Entertainment India in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape AI and Automation architecture across the enterprise, establishing standards, patterns, and guardrails that govern scalable and responsible AI initiatives.

You will join the Enterprise Technology Architecture team, design integrated AI platforms and data pipelines, and mentor global teams, ensuring governance and enterprise alignment with partner ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in solution or enterprise architecture roles.
• 3–5 years hands-on with AI/ML and automation technologies.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll help shape Flutter's AI and Automation architecture from the ground up — establishing the standards, patterns, and guardrails that govern how we adopt AI internally, at scale. This isn't executing someone else's blueprint; it's defining one. You’ll bridge strategy and delivery, ensuring every initiative is architecturally sound, responsibly built, and genuinely impactful.

Role Overview

As part of the Enterprise Technology Architecture team, you’ll shape how AI and automation capabilities are designed, integrated, and scaled across the enterprise — ensuring platforms, data pipelines, and workflows operate cohesively, securely, and in a way that delivers measurable value.

Working closely with AI & Automation, Data, Delivery, Engineering, and Enterprise IT teams, you’ll provide design leadership and architectural oversight for AI-enabled initiatives, aligning every solution with enterprise strategy, integration standards, and responsible AI practices.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Architecture leadership

• Define and maintain the AI & Automation domain architecture, aligned to Flutter's enterprise principles and technology strategy.
• Shape the target-state ecosystem design — scalable, reusable, and compliant with responsible AI standards including the EU AI Act.
• Translate business strategy into technology roadmaps that embed automation, AI-assisted decisioning, and GenAI use cases.

Integration & platform design

• Own end-to-end architectural design for automation and AI solutions, covering enterprise systems, data platforms, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Data, Security, and Enterprise IT teams on model lifecycle management, data governance, and compliant access to AI capabilities.

Delivery enablement

• Partner with Product, Delivery, and Engineering Leads to align architecture with execution — removing blockers and providing design assurance.
• Engage vendors and technology partners to ensure alignment with enterprise principles and AI governance frameworks.
• Mentor teams across global hubs, promoting architectural best practices and a culture of responsible innovation.

Experience

What you will bring

• 8–10 years in solution or enterprise architecture roles, with increasing seniority in complex or global organisations
• 3–5 years hands-on with AI/ML and automation technologies specifically (agentic frameworks, LLM-based solutions, cloud AI services)
• 2–3 years in roles requiring governance, compliance, or responsible AI practices

Technical Expertise

• Experience with agentic AI frameworks — LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAIor equivalent
• AWS AI/ML services: Bedrock (Agent Core), SageMaker, Comprehend, Lex
• Strong AWS cloud fundamentals — cloud literacy over narrow deployment expertise
• Integration & automation platforms: iPaaS, RPA, API-led and event‑driven architectures
• AI governance, EU AI Act compliance, and model lifecycle management

Architecture & Leadership

• Proven solution or enterprise architecture experience in complex, global organisations
• Experience delivering GenAI, LLM-based, and agentic AI solutions at enterprise scale
• Breadth across AI domains — generalist thinking valued over deep specialisation
• Ability to shape early-stage ecosystems and influence without direct authority
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business and technology audiences
• Agile, cross‑functional delivery experience
