Position: Enterprise AI Security Program Lead — you will be the strategic owner of Visionet’s Agentic AI Security & Governance program, establishing governance structures, defining enterprise-wide AI security policies, and ensuring all AI deployments operate within defined regulatory, security, and risk boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise AI Security & Governance program across multiple workstreams
• Establish the AI Governance Operating Model — council structures, decision rights, escalation frameworks
• Define enterprise AI security policies, standards, and risk frameworks
• Align AI governance with ISO/IEC 42001 and enterprise compliance mandates
• Maintain AI solution and tooling inventory with risk scoring across the organization
• Drive stakeholder alignment across security, legal, privacy, data, and engineering
• Establish program KPIs, dashboards, and executive governance reporting
• Oversee AI risk reviews, red-team readiness, and compliance posture reporting
