• 12+ years experience in risk management, risk assessment and controls.
• Experience in internal audit, process audit and risk reporting.
• Hands-on with risk assessments, RCSA and control testing.
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• ISO 31000 knowledge or audit experience is an advantage.
• CFE, ARM, III or other risk certifications preferred.
• BFSI/Life Insurance exposure preferred.
• Able to train and conduct risk awareness sessions across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct risk assessments and reviews of business processes

• Monitor KRIs and review threshold breaches

• Conduct risk awareness and training sessions across functions
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, IT, Compliance, Audit, Finance and other departments on risk-related matters

Job Overview

We are looking for a Risk Management professional with experience in Risk Assessment, Process Reviews, Internal Audit, Controls and Risk Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct control testing and document identified issues
• Coordinate with process owners and departments to resolve identified risks
• Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and review threshold breaches
• Track corrective actions and ensure timely closure of open issues
• Prepare risk analysis, reports and presentations for senior management
• Support ISO 31000:2018 compliance, documentation and audit activities
• Conduct risk awareness and training sessions across functions
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, IT, Compliance, Audit, Finance and other departments on risk-related matters

Required Experience & Skills

10+ years of experience for Graduate/Postgraduate candidates

Experience in Risk Management, Operational Risk, Internal Audit, Process Audit or Internal Controls

Hands‑on exposure to Risk Assessments, RCSA and control testing

Understanding of KRI monitoring and risk reporting

Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder‑management skills

Life Insurance/BFSI experience will be preferred

ISO 31000 / ISO Audit experience will be an added advantage.

CFE, ARM, III or other relevant risk certifications will be an advantage.

We need someone who can check how different departments are working, identify what could go wrong, recommend improvements, and make sure the identified issues are properly fixed and reported.
