Job summary

Accenture PLC in India seeks a Change Management Analyst to guide large platform-led transformations. You will support stakeholder analysis, learning asset development, and adoption tracking while delivering tasks independently under guidance from a Change Lead.

Qualifications

• Must have Core Change Management experience and certifications.
• Experience in change impact, readiness, training and adoption.
• Exposure to enterprise platform transformations (SAP, MS, Oracle, UKG/Workday).
• Strong English writing, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Familiarity with PROSCI/APMG methodologies is a plus.

Summary

As a Change Management Analyst, you will support clients through the organizational, cultural and workforce shifts that come with large platform-led transformation. You will work as part of a change workstream on a live client programme - running stakeholder and change impact analysis, building communications and learning assets, tracking readiness and adoption, and helping business teams get ready for new ways of working. You will be expected to deliver your own tasks independently, with guidance from a consultant or Change Lead, and to grow steadily into a subject matter expert in one or more change capabilities. This role offers strong consulting foundations, industry exposure and hands-on experience with AI-enabled change accelerators.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Change strategy, impact and readiness
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and maintain stakeholder maps, engagement plans and RACI views for assigned business units or geographies.
• Run change impact assessments - capture process, system, role and behaviour changes, and translate them into practical mitigation actions.
• Support business readiness tracking through readiness criteria, checklists, surveys and pulse checks ahead of each deployment wave.
• Contribute to change strategy documents, change plans, case-for-change narratives and leadership alignment material.
• Communications and engagement
• Draft and produce change communications - emails, newsletters, intranet and Viva Engage posts, FAQs, leadership messages, posters and videos - aligned to the approved communication plan and client brand.
• Maintain the communications calendar, manage approvals and track distribution and reach.
• Support change champion and super-user networks: onboarding material, toolkits, forums, recognition and feedback loops.
• Help plan and run engagement moments such as town halls, roadshows, demo days, floor walks and adoption campaigns.
• Learning and enablement
• Support training needs analysis and role-to-course mapping for impacted user groups.
• Develop end-user enablement assets - job aids, quick reference cards, e-learning storyboards, simulations, how-to videos and instructor decks.
• Coordinate training logistics, LMS uploads, attendance tracking, train-the-trainer sessions and post-training feedback.
• Support hyper care and floor-walking activity around go-live and capture recurring user issues for resolution.
• Adoption, analytics and AI accelerators
• Use generative AI, agentic AI and other change accelerators to improve the speed, quality and personalization of change deliverables.
• Track readiness, adoption, sentiment and proficiency metrics using digital adoption platforms, usage telemetry and survey tools.
• Build and refresh adoption dashboards and status reports highlight trends, risk areas and recommended interventions.
• Support value measurement by linking adoption data to programme benefits and business outcomes.
• Delivery, governance and teaming
• Own assigned deliverables end-to-end - quality, version control, client review cycles and on-time completion.
• Maintain change trackers, RAID logs, governance packs and weekly or monthly status reporting for the change workstream.
• Collaborate with business, functional, technical, deployment and PMO teams to keep change activity aligned to programme milestones.
• Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, templates and internal knowledge sharing for the practice.
