The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and govern enterprise network architectures across LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, SD‑LAN, SD‑WAN, and data center environments.
• Develop network architecture standards, technical designs, and infrastructure documentation to support business and operational requirements.
• Lead infrastructure sizing, capacity planning, and performance management activities to ensure scalability, availability, and optimal utilitzation of network resources.
• Design and maintain secure, resilient, and highly available network solutions, including High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) architectures.
• Oversee data center network connectivity, integration, and operational readiness to support critical business services.
• Identify and resolve network performance bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and infrastructure risks through proactive assessment and optimization.
• Review and approve network infrastructure solutions to ensure alignment with architecture standards, performance objectives, and operational best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise on network architecture, capacity management, resiliency planning, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Partner with security, application, operations, and business teams to align infrastructure capacity, availability, performance, and compliance with current and future business needs.
• Drive modern engineering and operations practices including automation, DevSecOps, observability, FinOps, SRE principles, infrastructure‑as‑code, platform engineering, and operational resilience.
• Support AI‑enabled transformation by ensuring infrastructure readiness for AI workloads, data platforms, model hosting, GPU/accelerated compute where applicable, secure connectivity, observability, and scalable platform operations

Preferred skills

• Expert-level OEM certifications on Network
• Working / hands‑on experience with EA tools (e.g., Mega Hopex, Avolution ABACUS, Planview, Orbus iServer)

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or equivalent.
• MCA, M.Tech, M.Sc., or equivalent postgraduate qualification is acceptable.
• MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is desirable.
