Job summary

Kenvue Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Data & Analytics Integrations Engineer in Bangalore to partner across teams, define integration strategy, and implement data integration best practices.

You will drive DevOps/DataOps initiatives and design scalable, secure end-to-end solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 3–5 years total work experience with at least 1–2 years in APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on Python programming skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS and data tools such as Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, Databricks and Snowflake.
• Understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices.
• Experience in design and build of end-to-end solutions meeting business needs with security and scalability.
• Familiarity with Bitbucket, Jenkins and DevOps for CI/CD pipelines.

Job description

Enterprise Data & Analytics Integrations Engineer

Role reports to: Manager, Integration Products

Location: Bangalore, India

Travel %: up to 10%

What you will do

• Partner with cross‑vendor team of platform & product owners, technical experts, and other specialists to build and deliver integration solutions for data products, optimizing investments and aligning integrations against findability, accessibility, interoperability, and re‑usability goals.
• Partner with the Director of Integration Products to craft an integration strategy focusing on Data & Analytics use cases, addressing immediate challenges, simplifying integration landscape, and utilizing common patterns and standard technologies.
• Implement best practices around systems integration, security, performance and data management.
• Collaborate with internal clients (data science and product teams) to drive solutioning and POC discussions.
• Implement DevOps, DataOps and Agile methodologies to improve KPIs such as cycle times, consistency, and quality.
• Implement hybrid integration solutions addressing data and application integration needs across cloud-to-cloud, cloud-to‑on‑premise, and on‑premise-to‑on‑premise scenarios.
• Continuously search for ways to eliminate redundancies and inefficiencies while streamlining costs to reinvest in new innovations through technology lifecycle management & total cost of ownership.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• 3‑5 years of total work experience, with at least 1‑2 years of experience in APIs and Event‑Driven Architectures.
• Hands‑on Python programming skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS and data management tools such as Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse, Databricks and Snowflake.
• Understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices.
• Experience in the design and build of end‑to‑end solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to scalability, reliability, and security standards.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Bitbucket, Jenkins and DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with APIs and Event‑Driven Integrations; Azure architecture design experience preferred.
• Good understanding of migration and modernization strategies and approaches preferred.
• Experience in the architecture and design of services using Azure architecture a plus.
• Experience with IoT integrations a plus.
• Experience with Kong API gateway, Kafka, and/or Python FastAPI preferred.
