Job summary

NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS in Bengaluru, India, seeks an Enterprise Architecture Advisor to join our team. You will help identify use cases, drive automation, and manage stakeholder relationships across digital infrastructure initiatives.

The role requires 10+ years IT experience, familiarity with endpoint tools, ITIL foundation, and strong communication skills. Office-based role with five days onsite at multiple locations, including Bangalore/Noida.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of IT experience.
• 3+ years in managing endpoint tools such as Zscaler Dex/ Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack.
• Exposure to Zscaler Dex (ZDX) with platform and admin certifications.
• ITIL foundation certification.
• Experience with JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with ITSM tools ServiceNow or Remedy.

Responsibilities

• Identification of potential use cases to improve user experience, stability, and performance in the DEX tool.
• Implementation and driving of automation initiatives.
• Create intake processes to gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Participate in problem hunting sessions to identify opportunities in the environment.
• Analyze data to support use case needs and decisions.
• Create Success Plans, Roadmaps and Value Realization documents.
• Manage customer/stakeholder relationships.
• Provide cross functional support.
• Act as liaison between vendor and client.

Technical Experience

• Must have 10+ years of IT experience, 3+ years in managing endpoint tools such as Zscaler Dex/ Nexthink/ 1E Tachyon/ SysTrack.
• Must have exposure to Zscaler Dex (ZDX) with platform and admin certifications
• ITIL foundation certification
• Project Management tools JIRA, Azure DevOps
• Experience of working on ITSM - ServiceNow, Remedy
• Possesses knowledge of Microsoft Applications like MS Visio, MS Excel MS PowerPoint

Responsibilities
