Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of IT consulting, enterprise architecture, or modernization experience.
• Strong expertise in APR, Enterprise Architecture, cloud platforms (Azure & AWS), and cloud migration.
• Ability to build business cases and perform TCO analyses for transformation programs.
• Excellent customer-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Insurance / Financial Services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture initiatives and architectural governance for modernisation programs.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design scalable, cloud-native solutions.
• Assess technical debt and opportunities, track transformation outcomes and ROI.
