Job summary

SISL Global is seeking a Microsoft 365 Expert (L4) in India to design and lead enterprise-scale 365 solutions across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and related services. You will work as the senior technical consultant, drive architecture roadmaps, and guide multi-disciplinary teams on migrations and modernization initiatives.

The role requires deep Microsoft 365 experience, strong governance, and ability to coordinate with clients and sales teams during pre-sales engagements.

Qualifications

• 12+ years consulting experience delivering solutions within defined timeframes.
• Solid exposure in Microsoft 365 offerings: Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Enterprise Voice, MDM, AD/Azure AD, Viva, Power Platform, CoPilot, Windows 365.
• Understanding of PaaS/IaaS (Azure/AWS) and 365 integration with 3rd party services.
• Expert Certifications in Microsoft 365 workloads; basic networking concepts (CCNA).

Responsibilities

• Design complex enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 solutions and plan architecture roadmaps.
• Serve as senior technical consultant to clients and align with Enterprise Architecture.
• Act as SPOC and set technical direction for resources supporting apps and customers.
• Develop and maintain architectures compliant with Enterprise Architecture standards.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills for complex objectives with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality, maintainability, and extensibility of supported infrastructure.
• Collaborate with technical resources and business managers across teams.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and guide opportunities from client interactions.
• Lead migrations and modernization efforts for M365 workloads.

Job Description – Microsoft 365 Expert (L4)

Responsibilities-

• Ability to have in-depth experience in designing complex, enterprise scale solutions, ability to design, and plan & implement a multifaceted technical architecture road-map
• Serve as the highest-level technical consultant to HCL clients and technical management to ensure conformity with Enterprise Architecture
• Serve as a SPOC and sets the technical direction for the other technical resources supporting the applications and customers
• Acts in a strategic role in the development and maintenance of architectures for a line of business or infrastructure sub-domain that are in compliance with the Enterprise Architecture
• Highly motivated and self-driven, capable of solving complex technical objectives without supervision
• Responsible to assure quality, maintainability, and extensibility for supported infrastructure
• Demonstrate capability to work with a wide range of both technical resources and business managers
• Demonstrate problem analysis and solving skills including complex problems
• Design conceptual architecture and technical solutions that leverages the most innovative Microsoft technologies
• Actively participates in pre-sales activities, collaborating with clients and sales executives & guide opportunities that arise from client interactions

• A consulting background with 12+ years of experience and a proven record of delivering solutions within defined timeframes
• Solid exposure in all Microsoft 365 offerings, not limited to Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Enterprise Voice, Mobile Device Management, Active Directory, Azure AD, Directory synchronization services, Modern workplace, Enterprise Mobility, Azure Virtual Desktops, Microsoft Viva, Security & Compliance, Power Platform, CoPilot and Windows 365
• Understanding of PaaS, IaaS (Azure/AWS) and Microsoft 365 integration with 3rd party services
• Expert Certifications in Microsoft 365 workloads and basic understanding of networking concepts (CCNA)

Key Areas of expertise

• Engagement with customer counterparts and lead technical discussions w.r.t workplace modernization
• Projects (Transition & Transformation) - Effort estimation of deliverables, creation of technical plans/workflows, proof of concepts, and Statement of Work/s.
• Identify/evaluate areas of opportunities, & propose Automation techniques (attended/unattended) using Microsoft and HCL’s RPA offerings for streamlining business processes.
• Workplace Governance – Evaluate/assess customer’s infra, identify gaps, risks and define/drive service improvements
• Expertise in migrations (mergers/separations) of all M365 workloads
