We seek a Lead Enterprise Architect to define strategy, governance, and roadmaps, drive digital transformation across multi-cloud environments, and mentor teams in DevSecOps, AI adoption, and enterprise platform modernization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience in large enterprises.
• Experience in cloud transformation, modernization, governance, and AI adoption.
• Preferred exposure to regulated sectors like Banking, Financial Services, Insurance or Government.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture strategy, standards, governance, and technology roadmaps.
• Lead digital transformation, cloud migration, and application modernization initiatives.
• Design hybrid/multi-cloud architectures (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise platforms.
• Establish architecture standards for applications, integration, data, and AI.
• Advise leadership on technology investments and EA strategy.
• Mentor Solution Architects and engineering teams; promote DevSecOps and Platform Engineering.

Lead enterprise-wide technology strategy, architecture governance, and digital transformation initiatives. Define scalable, secure, cloud-native, and AI-enabled enterprise architectures while driving modernization across cloud, infrastructure, applications, data, security, and operations. Partner with executive leadership to develop technology roadmaps, establish architecture standards, and lead enterprise AI adoption in highly regulated, mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise executive leadership on technology investments and enterprise architecture strategy.
• Mentor Solution Architects and engineering teams while promoting DevSecOps, Platform Engineering, and SRE best practices.
