Qualifications

• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture.
• 15+ years in technology consulting with a focus on digital transformation and AI strategy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or information technology.
• Certification in EA frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with technology stakeholders and act as trusted advisor for AI strategy and enterprise architecture.
• Lead pre-sales activities and proposals ensuring EA principles and AI alignment.
• Mentor Solution Architects and review architecture artifacts for quality delivery.
• Define architecture guiding principles, reference architectures, and IT standards.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to support key accounts by establishing relationships with technology stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor in technology and AI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise architecture, digital transformation, and AI strategy, with a proven track record in leading large-scale projects and mentoring teams.

Objectives:

• Support key accounts by establishing relationships with technology stakeholders and contributing to account growth through proactive and reactive opportunities.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and proposals to ensure adherence to enterprise architecture principles and effective implementation of AI strategies.
• Mentor Solution Architects, reviewing their architecture and design artifacts to ensure quality delivery.
• Address client issues and provide solutions to enhance client satisfaction.
• Develop and maintain Architecture Guiding Principles, focusing on responsible, secure, explainable, and scalable AI adoption.
• Lead the development of IT standards and assess the impact of competing technologies on existing standards.
• Define overall business architecture, identifying AI-enabled capabilities and transformation opportunities.
• Develop technology strategies, IT operating models, and roadmaps for clients, including AI strategies and governance considerations.
• Create Enterprise and Solution Architectures, including AI/GenAI solution architectures and integration patterns.
• Define robust architectures for new applications and modernization efforts.
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and build early prototypes for validation.
• Define Reference Architectures and architectural blueprints.
• Collaborate with other architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and formulate appropriate architecture.
• Work closely with product management, engineering, quality assurance, and sales teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Enterprise Architecture.
• 15+ years in technology consulting, with a focus on digital transformation and AI strategy.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or information technology.
• Experience in architecting and maintaining IT systems, including microservices, cloud technologies, and programming languages.
• Certification in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Experience in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Experience working with C-Level executives on technology challenges.
• Industry knowledge in Financial Services, Insurance, or Travel and Transport.
