Qualifications

• Proven proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Strategy with extensive experience.
• Experience designing scalable, business-aligned software architectures.
• Hands-on coding in Java, Python or C# and ability to review and optimize.
• Experience with AI-native development and large language models (LLMs).
• Cloud expertise across AWS, Azure and GCP for multi-cloud deployments.

This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills to ensure that enterprise systems align seamlessly with evolving business objectives. You will operate in dynamic environments, applying modern frameworks, AI-native stacks, and agile methodologies to deliver solutions that are robust, reliable, and adaptable to organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Enterprise Architecture with deep domain knowledge.
• Provide strategic advisory and influencing support to leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with multiple teams to contribute to enterprise-wide architectural strategies.

Must-Have Expertise

• Proven proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Strategy with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
• Strong capability in designing scalable, business-aligned software architectures.
• Hands-on experience with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and deliver strategic architectural solutions.
• Skilled in cross-team collaboration to ensure seamless software integration.
• Competence in system performance optimization and ensuring maintainability of software components.
• Hands-on programming expertise in at least 2–3 languages such as Java, Python, and C#, with the ability to design, review, and optimize code when required.
• Required experience in AI-native development using one or more Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-native stacks.
• Exposure to knowledge base systems and their integration into enterprise solutions.
• Experience in AI-led SDLC and solutioning using AI to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Cloud platform expertise across AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), with proven ability to architect, integrate, and optimize enterprise solutions in multi-cloud environments.
