As an Enterprise Architect, a typical day involves defining and implementing comprehensive enterprise architecture strategies that align with organizational goals. This role requires envisioning and articulating a clear and compelling architecture vision, establishing a target state for the enterprise, and developing a detailed transformation roadmap. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the architecture supports business objectives and adapts to evolving technological landscapes. The Enterprise Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization through complex changes by providing strategic direction and fostering innovation within the enterprise architecture framework.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align architecture strategies with business needs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend their adoption to enhance enterprise architecture.
• Support the development and maintenance of architecture documentation and standards.
• Assist junior team members in understanding architecture principles and best practices.
• Main topic: Rollout and operation of Cisco RAS VPN (Firepower) Palo Alto Network Security (SASE and OnPrem Firewalls) Broadcom Proxy Services.
• Analysis, testing and evaluation of new technologies
• Design, conception and further development of the infrastructure
• Creation of security policies and configuration specifications
• Carrying out tests and certifications (test laboratory)
• Implementation of complex migrations
• Responsible for the troubleshooting of Level 3 incidents
• Implementation and evaluation of error analyses
