Job summary

Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center in India is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud specialist to support daily operations and drive project implementations. You will work with Oracle Fusion BI/OTBI reports, SQL/PL-SQL, and REST/SOAP integrations to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, creating tech specs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement finance modules and BI analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related area.
• 4-8 years implementing and supporting Oracle Financial Cloud applications, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Financial Cloud.

Inspire Brands is disrupting the restaurant industry through digital transformation and operational efficiencies. The company’s technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company’s business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.

Responsibilities

• Technical experience required, to effectively work with large & complex implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP for daily support and project implementations
• Provide technical support and guidance to help users troubleshoot and resolve Oracle ERP-related issues
• Communicates with users; utilize the support ticketing system to review and assess the scope of the problem
• Gather and document business requirements for enhancement requests
• Creating and maintaining integrations between Oracles Cloud and third-party boundary system using OICS using different orchestration.
• Develop and/or troubleshoot Oracle Cloud BI / OTBI reports
• Develop/Support Oracle Integration Cloud integrations
• Maintains knowledge of quarterly Oracle ERP Cloud updates, trends, and best practices
• Drafts and/or revises user training manuals and operation procedures
• Gather and document business requirements in order to identify appropriate product features for implementation.
• Create Technical Specification documents, for technical teams to design technical specifications and to create technical procedures.
• Develop and design a strategy for integrating configuration and development activities into integrated project plan for implementation.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or related area
• 4-8 years Implementing and supporting Oracle financial cloud applications, preferably in a retail environment
• 2 full lifecycle of implementing Oracle Financial Cloud

Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion BI Reports, SQL, PL/SQL and APIs who worked in at least 2 full implementations and Support.
• Strong understanding of Oracle ERP data models, table structures, and relationships across functional modules
• Experience with a variety of reporting and analytics tools is preferred and would be highly beneficial.
• Should have good understanding in integration orchestration patterns and should have knowledge in Oracle cloud finance modules.
• Responsible for providing inputs to the feasibility of a solution and proposing solutions that are scalable.
• Development experience on SOAP, REST services with JSON or XML based integrations.
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP technical architecture, including BIP Reports, OTBI Reports, ESS Jobs, FBDI, REST/SOAP Services, and financial modules.
• Work with Oracle support by opening SRs and implementing solutions.
• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle - requirements, design, build / configuration, test, and deploy
