bp technology is seeking an experienced Enterprise Application Technical Lead with 10+ years in software and platform engineering. The role emphasizes hands-on contribution, design leadership across Java/.NET, Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, and cloud databases.

You'll mentor peers, ensure security and data governance, and collaborate with business teams to deliver scalable, AI-enabled digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Broader development experience in one or more programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, C/C++).
• Proven experience leading design and development of cloud-hosted enterprise-grade solutions.
• Solid understanding of enterprise integration, API-led connectivity and event-driven architecture.
• Hands-on CI/CD with Azure DevOps and observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Experience with AI-assisted engineering practices and AI/ML workflows preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, development, and operational support of complex enterprise applications (Java/.NET, Spring Boot microservices).
• Translate business requirements into designs, produce HLD/LLD artefacts, data-flow diagrams and API contracts.
• Drive AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering and agentic workflows in solutions.
• Implement REST APIs and event-driven integrations using messaging platforms like ActiveMQ.
• Deploy and manage Kubernetes-based cloud workloads on AWS; ensure data quality, security and governance.

The candidate should have broader development experience in programming languages (e.g. Java/.NET/Spring Boot), Integrations, AWS, and AI engineering to design, build, integrate, and support enterprise-grade digital business solutions.The role requires deep expertise in custom application engineering, distributed systems, REST APIs, event-driven integration, enterprise messaging, data architecture, data security and production operations.
