About the Job

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Communicative English Trainer to enhance the English communication skills of our showroom staff. The ideal candidate will develop and deliver engaging training programs focused on improving staff proficiency in spoken English, particularly in the context of customer interactions. This role is crucial in ensuring our staff can effectively communicate with a diverse clientele, build rapport, and provide a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of staff's current English communication skills and identify areas for improvement.
• Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training modules tailored to the specific needs of a jewellery retail environment, including vocabulary related to jewellery, sales, and customer service.
• Training Delivery: Deliver interactive and engaging training sessions focusing on:
  • Pronunciation and accent improvement.
  • Vocabulary expansion.
  • Sentence structure and grammar for effective communication.
  • Role-playing customer interactions.
  • Handling customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Building rapport and establishing a professional demeanor.

• Materials Development: Create and provide engaging training materials, including handouts, presentations, and audio/video resources.
