ACL Education in Lucknow, India, is seeking an energetic English Language trainer to coach students in English, soft skills and communications through group discussions, debates and practical activities.

You will conduct 60-minute sessions, support grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation, and prepare topics tailored to learners. You will also observe progress, give feedback and maintain attendance while coordinating with the academic team.

• Facilitate debates, discussions, role plays and activities to develop fluency, confidence and spontaneous communication.
• Assist senior faculty during regular classes and support learners with grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and sentence formation.
• Prepare relevant discussion topics and classroom activities based on learners' levels and needs.
• Observe learners, provide constructive feedback and encourage consistent participation.
• Maintain attendance, participation and progress records and coordinate with the academic team.
• Set a positive example through professional communication, punctuality, discipline and adherence to company culture.

Job Type

Full time and part time both are available.

Full-Time Slots

7:00 AM 4:00 PM 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM (30-minute lunch break included.)

Part-Time Slots

7:00 AM - 2:00 PM 4:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Salary Range

15,000-18,000 per month (Negotiable)
