Job summary

Accenture India Private Limited is seeking an experienced Engineering Services Practitioner for a project role in Bengaluru. The candidate will assist in end-to-end engineering services to develop technical solutions, focusing on cabin systems and aircraft interiors.

Proficiency in Catia v5 and GD&T, with strong communication, will be essential for collaborating across teams and delivering validated engineering outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in SB documentation creation and modification for Airbus cabin projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ~10 engineers and act as SME on engineering solutions.

• Support continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies.
• Assist juniors with knowledge sharing and guidance.

Engineering Services Practitioner Project Role

Engineering Services Practitioner Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management. Must have skills : Aircraft Interior Design Good to have skills : Aerospace & Defense (A&D) Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Roles & Responsibilities

• Experience managing a team of approx. 10 people.
• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of engineering solutions with project requirements and business objectives.
• Document and communicate technical findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance engineering processes and methodologies.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Experience in Standard SB, Transverse and upgrade services of SB.
• Proficient in Catia v5 application-Mandatory
• Ability to Read and understand Engineering drawing & BOM and good knowledge in GD&T-Mandatory
• Experience in working with monuments like Stowage / Partition / Doghouse / Lavatory / Galley / Bar/CTS/Seats/Placards etc. -Mandatory
• Knowledge on Tools like Enovia VPM, PASS, ACP. CADB, TAKSY, GILDA, ICC CADB, SAP-Mandatory
• Knowledge on Tools like 3D JUUMP, AIRINA, CCD/SAMM-DACAS-Nice to have
• Supported retrofit and modification activities for Cabin-Mandatory
• Experience in installation feasibility, interface definition, and integration in DMU-Mandatory
• Exposure to knowledge towards SB process and creation-Nice to have
• Ability to learn and a passion towards new technologies will be appreciated-Nice to have
• Good communication and interpersonal skills-Mandatory
• Ready to work from client location/work from office all the working days-Mandatory
• Must have knowledge of Cabin, Connectivity and Systems on A320, A330, A350 and A380 fleet.
• Collection of documents and information gathered to support SBO creation.
• Customer support for engineering requests-analysis and resolution of operational and engineering requests for operators of Airbus civil aircraft in service.
• Creation and revision of Service Bill of Material.
• Study of engineering drawings, familiarization with international aerospace standards ATA 100, iSpec 2200, S1000D.
• Creation of CRP relations with configuration management analysis.
• Knowledge of VSB creation and modification.
• Quality checks skills on STD and upgrade services of different types of SB.
• Tools knowledge – SAMM/GIPSY/GIDOCA/AIRINA/IMS/DACAS/AIRNAVX to possess.
• Experience in Front office query management is nice to have.
• Should be able to understand and use ASD-STE.
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Additional Information

• Overall experience of at least 12+ years in creation and modification of SB documentation for Airbus civil aircraft only.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
