Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Oversee the planning and execution of engineering projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient problem-solving.
• Mentor junior engineers and support their professional development within the team.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of network architecture and design principles related to software-defined wide area networks.
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues within SD-WAN environments.
• Ability to manage and optimize network performance and security in distributed systems.
• Familiarity with integration of SD-WAN solutions with existing enterprise infrastructure.
• Skilled in coordinating technical teams and managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
