Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Engineering Services Analyst for IX Product Engineering Services - PLM BOM. The role requires 3–5 years of experience and a graduation.

You will engage in BOM management, ECO/MCO processes, and data validation within PLM systems, collaborating with engineering and cross-functional teams across rotations. Responsibilities include BOM creation, data classification, supplier coordination, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with client requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and solve low-to-medium complexity problems.
• Interact with peers within Accenture and update supervisors.
• Work may include limited client exposure and management interactions.
• Follow moderate daily instructions and clear guidance on new assignments.
• Contribute as an individual in a team with a focused scope.
• Role may require rotational shifts.
• Create parts based on classification, project, manufacturing and supplier data.
• Prepare ECOs/MCOs/Deviations using inputs from Product and Design engineers.
• Manage BOM data, ensure accuracy and correct replacement parts.
• Validate 2D drawings and documents as per part/change order requirements.
• Ensure requests are processed within SLAs/KPIs.
• Resolve BOM queries and maintain supplier data integrity.
• Interact with clients via calls, chats, and emails.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery.
• Create and manage PLM records: Parts, BOMs, ECOs, ECRs, Deviations, MCOs, EOL.
• Update DTP based on process changes received from client.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems.
• Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors.
• In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and or Accenture management.
• You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments.

• Creation of part based on its classification, project, manufacturing and supplier
• Preparing Engineering Change Orders (ECO, MCO,Deviation) based on input from the Product engineers & design engineers and working with CCB members to implement
• Bill of material (BOM) management ensuring accurate, complete, and consistent data processing into the systems. Ensure the replacement part configuration.
• Validation of 2D drawings, documents as per the part and change order requirements
• Ensure all requests are processed accurately and within the target dates (SLAs) and KPIs
• Resolve BOM queries, discrepancies and ensure right supplier data (AML changes)
• Interacting with Client through Calls, Chats and Handling Requestors Queries and Emails
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Supplier Collaboration Partner domain account & Agile access creation for External users
• You will be working on monitoring project status, reporting metrics
• Support management of Agile user accounts privileges and role
• Create Parts,Documents, Bill of materials (BOM), ECOs, ECRs, Deviations, MCOs, EOL in PLM System
• Responsible to update DTP based on the process change and updates received from client
• Ensure all change orders are documented correctly before process
