Job summary

Accenture Hyderabad is seeking a Business Advisory Associate with 1–3 years of experience in BOMs, PLM, and supply chain processes to support data governance and product lifecycle activities.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to identify risks before implementation, while delivering accurate master data changes for global stakeholders.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain BOMs, parts, substitutions, and orderability updates.
• Evaluate requests for accuracy and potential downstream impacts.
• Respond to support requests from global data center technicians and stakeholders.
• Investigate data quality issues and system discrepancies.
• Provide SME support for projects and leverage MMT-managed data.
• Support new product introduction and sustaining operations.
• Participate in UAT for process and tooling enhancements and provide feedback.
• Develop and maintain process docs, work instructions, and knowledge articles.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and operational efficiency.

• Experience with Aras Innovator (OnePDM) or similar PLM systems.
• Understanding of enterprise server, networking, storage data center hardware.
• Experience supporting engineering change management, product lifecycle, or supply chain processes.
• Experience using Microsoft Copilot or AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and quality.
• Deliver accurate and timely implementation of product master data changes.
• Consistently identify potential issues before implementation.
• Provide responsive support to global stakeholders.
• Contribute effectively to projects, testing activities, and process improvements.
• Maintain high standards of data quality, documentation, and operational excellence.
• Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement in daily execution.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and maintain parts, BOMs, substitutions, and orderability updates.
• Evaluate requests for accuracy, completeness, and potential downstream impacts.
• Respond to support requests submitted by global data center technicians and business stakeholders.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues, process exceptions, and system discrepancies.
• Provide subject matter expertise for projects and partner teams leveraging MMT-managed data.
• Support new product introduction and sustaining operations activities.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for process and tooling enhancements and provide actionable feedback.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and knowledge articles.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, efficiency, and operational effectiveness.
