The EOS & EHS Operational and Program Excellence Associate supports the adoption, execution, data quality, and continuous improvement of Engineering Operations Services systems and operational excellence programs. This role works under the guidance of the Sr. Manager to help ensure Engineering, Facilities, and EHS operational teams have accurate system data, reliable documentation, and fit-for-purpose reporting to support compliant and efficient decision-making. The Associate contributes to facility management systems, asset lifecycle data, standard work, KPI tracking, audit readiness activities, and user adoption efforts. The role requires strong attention to detail, a learning mindset, and the ability to collaborate across Engineering, Facilities, EHS, Quality, Compliance, Technology, and site operations stakeholders.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical, system, or data-driven topics to diverse audiences. Working knowledge of facility management, maintenance operations, asset lifecycle management, or Engineering Operations Services processes. Exposure to regulated environments and the importance of quality, compliance, documentation, and audit readiness. Data-driven mindset with comfort using metrics, dashboards, analytics, or insights to support decisions and continuous improvement. Experience with Power BI, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, ticketing systems, enterprise work management tools, CMMS/EAM platforms, or data quality workflows. Strong written communication and stakeholder coordination skills, with the ability to summarize technical or data-driven topics clearly. Ability to support change management, user adoption, training and process standardization initiatives. High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and willingness to learn business processes, system controls, and technical data management practices. Ability to work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional, and fast-paced global environment. Foundational understanding of data governance, master data, system integrations, cybersecurity expectations, and controlled documentation practices are an advantage.
