upGrad Rekrut is seeking an hands-on Engineering Manager to lead a NetSuite engineering team in Pune. The role requires deep NetSuite development, architecture, integrations, code reviews, and design guidance while mentoring the team.

The candidate will drive SDLC, CI/CD, testing, deployment, and release processes and manage multi‑subsidiary NetSuite projects with stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and Logistics.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of NetSuite experience.
• 3+ years in Engineering Management / Senior Technical Lead role.
• Strong NetSuite OneWorld experience.

Hiring: Engineering Manager – NetSuite| 14+ Years

Qualifications: Any Graduation

We are looking for a hands‑on Engineering Manager to lead a technically strong NetSuite engineering team. This is not a purely people‑management role—the ideal candidate should be comfortable working hands‑on with NetSuite development, architecture, integrations, code reviews, and technical design while also mentoring and growing the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical architecture and engineering practices for a complex NetSuite OneWorld environment
• Review, debug, and guide Suite Script, SuiteFlow, custom records, and integrations
• Author and review Technical Design Documents (TDDs)
• Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical solutioning
• Drive SDLC, CI/CD, testing, deployment, and release management
• Improve SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) and GitHub Actions pipelines
• Manage engineering projects, timelines, priorities, and technical debt
• Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and other business stakeholders
• Lead and mentor the NetSuite engineering team and raise the technical bar

Must-Have Skills

• 12+ years of NetSuite experience
• 3+ years in Engineering Management / Senior Technical Lead role
• Strong NetSuite OneWorld experience
• SuiteScript / SuiteFlow / NetSuite customization
• NetSuite integrations and data migration
• Strong understanding of GL, O2C, Inventory, AP, AR, Billing, Purchasing, Revenue Recognition & Asset Management
• Experience with multi-subsidiary, intercompany, and global financial consolidation
• Strong technical design and architecture experience
• Hands‑on coding and code review experience
• Experience with CI/CD, GitHub and Agile methodologies
• Strong stakeholder and team management skills
