Job summary

Talent et au-dela is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead mobile and full‑stack initiatives for product teams in a GCC/Global Capability Center context. You will drive technical execution, people development, and stakeholder alignment across mobile, backend, and frontend domains.

The role requires 12–15+ years of experience, strong leadership, and a hands-on approach to modern software development using Angular, TypeScript, REST APIs, and cloud tooling.

• BE/B.Tech or equivalent qualification.
• 12–15+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on technical foundation with modern application development.
• Experience leading Mobile/iOS/Android engineering teams.
• Experience in product-based organizations or GCC environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to balance technical leadership, people leadership, and business priorities.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience managing engineering performance, development, hiring, and career growth
• Strong hands-on technical foundation with modern application development
• Experience leading Mobile/iOS/Android engineering teams
• Experience working in product-based organizations or GCC environments
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to balance technical leadership, people leadership, and business priorities
