Job summary

Google Bengaluru is seeking a Share Engineering Manager for Information Retrieval. You will lead the Data Filtering Platform Infrastructure team, define roadmaps for IR applications, and balance scale, reliability, and regulatory requirements across multiple sites.

You will work cross-functionally to empower engineers, contribute to product strategy, and guide the team in developing compliant, high-quality data infrastructure for AI and search initiatives.

You will build the bedrock of compliant, high-quality data for the next generation of AI and Search. You’ll be at the heart of balancing scale, reliability, and complex regulatory requirements, enabling teams across Google to innovate safely. You will have an opportunity to lead a critical infrastructure team in Bengaluru that empowers the entire company.
