Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product delivery with high velocity and quality
• Partner with Product teams to define AI-integrated roadmaps
• Hire, mentor, and develop diverse engineering teams with a high-agency culture
• Drive technical stewardship and architectural decision-making
• Implement data engineering strategies and scalable system design
• Champion operational excellence and technical debt management
• Deploy AI-powered tools (LLM assistants, automation) to improve productivity
• Track engineering metrics for executive decision-making
