Provide technical leadership, coaching, and strategic direction while championing Digital Engineering, Model-Based Design, DFSS, and Eaton's Technology Development Processes.
Drive technology strategy by assessing Data Center market trends, customer needs, competitive landscapes, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies, translating insights into product roadmaps and innovation initiatives.
Develop strong business cases, technology proposals, and commercialization strategies in collaboration with product strategy, business leaders, customers, and external partners.
Lead advanced engineering and NTI programs from concept through commercialization, ensuring execution excellence, risk management, and achievement of key business milestones.
Collaborate across global engineering, operations, sales, supply chain, and program management teams to deliver innovative solutions while driving customer intimacy, speed of execution, and value engineering.
Own engineering workforce planning, resource allocation, and organizational capability development to ensure alignment with strategic business priorities.
Manage engineering budgets, technology investments, laboratory infrastructure, capital expenditures, and engineering tools to enable efficient program execution.
Develop and execute talent strategies for hiring, engagement, succession planning, retention, and capability development aligned with Data Center growth objectives.
Coach, mentor, and develop future leaders while fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and high performance.
Master Degree in Mechanical/Thermal Engineering with proven leadership in Data Center cooling, thermal management, and technology development.
8-15 years of experience in a multinational environment, working with OEMs, Hyperscalers, and Data Center customers on advanced cooling and infrastructure solutions.
3+ years of engineering leadership experience, managing multidisciplinary teams in thermal, cooling, power, or related technologies.
Experience collaborating with North American and/or European stakeholders; exposure to liquid cooling, direct-to-chip cooling, immersion cooling, CDU systems, and AI Data Center infrastructure preferred.
