Job summary

Sense is seeking a Construction Manager in Vadodara, Gujarat, to lead constructability reviews, monitor site progress, coordinate with contractors and clients, and ensure safety and quality documentation are in place.

You will guide the team through design-stage constructability, manage budget/schedule, participate in client meetings, and ensure adherence to HSE and contractual requirements with strong communication and organization.

• Defining roles & responsibility of CM team members (RACI) & deployment of joint team

Responsibilities

• Constructability review
• Daily follow up with site for monitoring progress
• Proposal: Estimate Effort MH Estimate for construction management with deployment
• Participate in weekly meeting in contractor/Client
• Frequent site visit for monitoring progress
• Preparing Construction Quality document/safety documents etc
• To guide team from constructability issue during design phase
• Monitoring project with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, to ensure timely execution of projects
• Co- coordinating meeting with contractor for review of progress and site issue
• Attending meeting with client for discussing progress of project
• Monitoring the Progress w.r.t schedule
• Defining roles & responsibility of CM team members (RACI) & deployment of joint team
• Development of EHS plan through EHS Lead
• Development of Construction Quality System through Quality team & ensuring the compliance
• Co-ordinate with Offshore PM & EM for design related queries
• Follow escalation mechanism to address any critical issues
• Assist to client for finalizing the contractor, material vendor
• Monitor site activities and temporary site facilities as well as assist the enforcement of statutory and contractual regulations for occupational health and environmental protection according to "HSE Program Site"
• Good communication and management skills
• Be organized and structured in his works.
