Job summary

Harness is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the next generation of Continuous Delivery innovations. You will guide a distributed engineering team across geographies, collaborating with customers to address escalations and refine feature requirements.

You’ll balance hands-on coding with architectural leadership, drive technical decisions, and shape roadmaps to deliver scalable, production-ready features that strengthen our DevOps leadership.

Position Summary

Harness is seeking a dynamic Engineering Manager to lead the charge in building the next generation of innovations in Continuous Delivery (CD). Work Location

• Bangalore. The successful candidate will be expected to be in the Bangalore office 3x/ week.
