Qualifications

• 9+ years of industry experience, with at least 7 years as a developer and 2 years of delivering scalable products as a lead/manager.
• Proven experience in developing and working on high-scale systems.
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in backend technologies and frameworks.

As an Engineering Manager for our Backend Team, you will collaborate closely with product and design teams to build effective, high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities

• Team Building and Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing backend team by fostering an inclusive culture and empowering members through dedicated coaching and professional development.
