The ideal candidate has 15+ years of experience, strong C++ expertise, and a solid background in OS/RTOS, ASPICE, and collaborative toolchains like Jira and Confluence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years or leading 2+ full product/project cycles as Software Delivery Manager.
• Strong communication skills to manage stakeholders and partners.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams using Git-based or open-source workflows.
• Technical background in OS and Middleware (C++) development.
• Proficiency in C++ development.
• In-depth knowledge of embedded systems and RTOS.
• Hands-on ASPICE process and compliance.
• Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) for tracking and reporting.
• Experience with version control systems (GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Knowledge of software licensing and legal compliance processes.
