Kriyators Consulting in Tamil Nadu seeks an Engineering Manager to lead software, platform and AI engineers, translating roadmaps into actionable plans and reliable releases. You will own planning, architecture reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with product, design and GTM teams.

You will also hire, coach and retain engineers, set performance expectations, drive CI/CD standards, observability and cost-efficient cloud workloads, with a strong backend focus in Python or Go.

Formación

• 7–15 years in engineering; scope and impact matter more than tenure.
• At least 2 years in Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, Staff Engineer, Architect or comparable leadership.
• Experience leading teams of 3–10+ engineers and shipping SaaS, AI or platform products.
• Strong hands-on backend foundation, preferably Python or Go, with frontend, data, API and distributed-system judgment.
• Production experience with PostgreSQL or Redis, AWS, CI/CD, Docker and observability; Kubernetes is useful.
• Evidence of hiring, coaching and evaluating engineers, plus strong stakeholder communication and business judgment.
