Job summary

CitiusTech is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise platform architecture, modernization, and transformation initiatives. You will mentor engineering teams and drive strategic technology decisions across ITSM and custom Now Platform apps.

The role demands deep expertise in scripting, integrations, data models, security, and performance optimization to deliver scalable solutions with minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• 12-20 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM modules and customization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture and technical design for ServiceNow ITSM and custom Now Platform applications.
• Architect Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge and SLA capabilities.
• Lead architecture and delivery of procurement, vendor, inventory, and store management solutions.
• Provide hands-on leadership in scripting, integrations, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Design scalable data models, workflows, APIs, UI components and security models.
• Drive architecture governance, coding standards and reusable design patterns.
• Optimize application performance and platform scalability.
• Lead integration architecture with ERP, finance, procurement and identity systems.
• Support upgrades and modernization initiatives with minimal business disruption.
• Conduct design reviews and technical workshops.
• Mentor engineers and guide best practices adoption.

• Technical certifications in multiple technologies are desirable
