• 10+ years of experience in Software Product Engineering, SaaS, AI, Technology Services, or Enterprise Software organisations.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with North American clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Lead governance reviews, solution presentations, and executive‑level communications.
• Collaborate with Engineering Managers to define roadmaps, estimate effort, and translate product requirements into actionable plans.
• Drive delivery using Agile methodologies: sprint planning, prioritisation, tracking, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and monitor engineering KPIs (velocity, cycle time, defects, uptime, performance).
• Mentor Analysts, support hiring and onboarding, and foster a culture of learning and innovation.
• Ensure production reliability, timely releases, and smooth deployments on Azure cloud.
• Evaluate new technologies, including AI/automation, to enhance product and engineering workflow.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead the successful delivery of web application and digital transformation initiatives while serving as a trusted partner to North American clients. This role combines technical leadership, solution architecture, project delivery, and client engagement, requiring an individual who can effectively bridge business needs with technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in web application development, solution architecture, and delivery management, along with proven experience managing client relationships, leading cross‑functional engineering teams, and driving high‑quality project outcomes. This individual will play a key role in shaping technical direction, overseeing delivery execution, and ensuring customer success while contributing to business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Build and manage strategic relationships with North American clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Product & Delivery

• Collaborate with Engineering Managers to define roadmaps, estimate effort, identify risks, and translate product requirements into actionable engineering plans.
• Drive predictable, high‑quality delivery using Agile methodologies: sprint planning, prioritisation, tracking, retrospectives, and continuous improvement.
• Establish and monitor engineering KPIs (velocity, cycle time, defects, uptime, performance).

People Management & Team Growth

• Manage and mentor a team of Analysts, fostering ownership, accountability, and a culture of learning and innovation.
• Conduct performance evaluations, skill development plans, and support hiring and onboarding efforts.
• Encourage excellence through code reviews, best practices, and technical coaching.

Engineering Operations & Quality

• Ensure production reliability, timely releases, and smooth deployments on Azure cloud environment.
• Continuously evaluate new technologies, especially AI, automation, and developer tooling to enhance the product and engineering workflow.

Qualifications:

Must Have

• 10+ years of experience in Software Product Engineering, SaaS, AI, Technology Services, or Enterprise Software organisations.
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise‑scale web applications and managing global client engagements.
• Extensive experience working with North American clients and leading geographically distributed teams.
• Strong blend of technical architecture, project/program management, client relationship management, and people leadership experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating AI/ML/LLM technologies, vector stores, or workflow automation.
• Exposure to modern frontend frameworks (React/Angular/Vue), not hands‑on but able to guide teams.
• Prior experience working in a high‑growth product organisation.
