The manager for Vulnerability Management team has a strong backend development skills (Python, Go), hands‑on cloud experience (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform), and deep familiarity with automation testing using test management tools like X‑ray or similar, CI/CD (GitHub Actions). They bring experience managing high‑performing teams and building test environments to improve quality of the product as well as emerging AI/LLM technologies (AWS Bedrock Flows, Databricks MLFlow). Familiarity with cybersecurity and Vulnerability Management / Exposure Management is essential, along with the ability to guide architecture, product roadmaps, and cross‑functional collaboration across engineering and other functional areas.
10 to 15 years of relevant professional experience.
Minimum 1 year of people management experience, including leading, mentoring, and developing team members.
Bachelor’s degree (BS) or Master’s degree (MS) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.
