Concentrix Bangalore is seeking a senior engineer/leader to own the end-to-end delivery of a GCP migration program. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team of data engineers and software engineers, ensuring alignment with cloud best practices, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards.

You will collaborate with various business and technical teams to manage dependencies, risks, and deliver high-quality cloud-based solutions, including BI integrations with Power BI and Looker.

Formación

• 10+ years of industry experience with 5+ years in software/data engineering and cloud delivery.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership delivering large-scale cloud migration programs in complex enterprises.
• Experience delivering regulated technology in governance-driven environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the GCP migration program, incl. data migration, transformation, validation, testing and deployment.
• Define and govern solution architecture, engineering standards, and implementation approaches across GCP stack.
• Collaborate with business, product, platform, security, governance and data teams to manage dependencies and risks.
• Ensure compliance with engineering controls, security standards, audit requirements, and change governance.
• Lead agile delivery practices: sprint planning, design reviews, code reviews, and best practices.
• Oversee BAU transition, knowledge transfer, and runbooks; mentor engineers for continuous improvement.

Job Description

The role is accountable for engineering delivery, solution design oversight, governance compliance, stakeholder engagement, and successful transition of the platform into business-as-usual support. The successful candidate will lead a multi-disciplinary feature team comprising Data Engineers and Software Engineer while ensuring adherence to enterprise engineering standards, cloud best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities include: -

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of the GCP migration program, ensuring successful execution across data migration, transformation, validation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Define and govern solution architecture, engineering standards, and implementation approaches while providing technical leadership across Big Query, dbt, Terraform, CI/CD, DevOps, and software engineering disciplines.
• Collaborate with business, product, platform, security, governance, and data teams to manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve technical and delivery challenges.
• Ensure compliance with engineering controls, security standards, audit requirements, and change governance processes while establishing robust monitoring, observability, and operational support capabilities.
• Lead agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, solution design reviews, code reviews, and engineering best practices to drive high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee operational readiness, knowledge transfer, runbook creation, BAU transition activities, and mentor engineers to foster continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
• Strong leadership experience delivering complex cloud-based engineering solutions.
• Deep expertise in GCP, Big Query, data engineering architectures, and modern cloud platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, data modelling, dbt, Terraform, and Python.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Harness, and Git-based workflows.
• Strong understanding of DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring, and platform engineering practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience managing regulated technology delivery within governance-driven environments.
• Experience leading Teradata/GDW to GCP migration programmes.
• Power BI, Direct Query, and Looker integration expertise.
• Financial Services, Complaints Handling, or Responsible Lending domain experience.
• Data lineage, data quality, and audit evidence management expertise.
• Production readiness, operational support, and service transition experience.

Experience: -

• 10+ years of overall industry experience, including 5+ years in software/data engineering and cloud-based solution delivery.
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience delivering large-scale cloud migration, data transformation, and technology modernization programs in complex enterprise environments.
