Job summary

Speakleap Technologies Private Limited is offering a six-month onsite internship in Bengaluru. You will ship AI agents used by real people and work directly with the founders and the technical team to move fast with AI.

Expect to build and ship AI agents—talking to users, gathering requirements, and matching with providers. You’ll help define platform interactions for users, providers, and the mytribe team, with a strong emphasis on practical impact.

• Building and shipping AI agents to talk to users, gather requirements, and match with providers, agents to handle profile creation and updates.
• Helping define how the platform will work for users, providers and the mytribe team.
• Direct collaboration with founders and the cracked tech team to ship quickly with AI.

Job description

We do not care about your GPA or pedigree. All we care about is what you can build. This will be a 6 months onsite internship where you will ship AI agents that real people use. You will get to work directly with the founders, the cracked tech team and mainly you need to ship fast with AI.

What you'll actually do

If you join us, You won't be working on random side projects or fixing button colors. you will be:

• Working directly with the founders.
• Building and shipping AI agents To talk to users, gather requirements, and match with the right providers, agents to take care of profile creation and updating and a lot more.
• Helping us define how the platform will work for users, providers and the mytribe team.

The internship structure

• Outcome. Comes with a PPO. If you crack it, ₹8-12L along with handsome equity.
