Tejaki in Delhi seeks an early-career infrastructure engineer to own servers, security, and reliability for production ad-tech systems in a startup environment. This office-based role is located in South Delhi and offers hands-on ownership of servers, hosting, and development environments.
You will implement security, load balancing, and microservice infrastructure, run penetration testing, and manage backups and remote systems as part of a growing team.
Every clever product still needs somewhere solid to run. This role owns that ground – servers, security, and everything that has to work at 3 a.m. without anyone noticing.
Experience securing infrastructure for a live production product, not just personal projects.
For all positions: we’re looking for people who learn quickly, adapt to new and emerging technologies, and want to help build the future of advertising technology. This is an office-based role in South Delhi – we value genuine enthusiasm for working from office, tinkering with LLMs, AI, programmatic, ad insertion, and even gaming, inside a startup-style, operationally flexible environment. Hard work and a real focus on building a long-term career in ad-tech software development matter more to us than a polished résumé.
Disclaimer: due to the large volume of applications received, we are only able to respond to successful candidates.
Programmatic ad-tech is an exceptionally niche industry, and very few schools or workplaces truly expose people to its technical, operational, or business realities – especially combined with emerging interactive and immersive advertising experiences. Because of this, we understand that strong candidates may come from lateral career shifts or seemingly unrelated backgrounds. While we review every application for relevant experience and education, résumés alone rarely reveal curiosity, systems thinking, adaptability, and genuine interest in the industry.
Established players in this space rarely let experienced talent circulate freely, and we recognize the challenge of building in such a rare ecosystem while bootstrapping. We encourage applicants to research the industry before applying, avoid applying blindly, and tell us why this space excites you – especially if you’re willing to pursue an early-career journey of learning, exploration, and growth while transitioning from another field.
