Job summary

TechCatalyst Pvt. Ltd. invites applications for Engineering Faculty for its Centre of Excellence in Smart Manufacturing.

The role is full-time, Pan India, and targets professionals with 3–6 years of hands-on experience in automation, robotics, IoT, CAD/CAM, AI/ML, and Industry 4.0. You will train on PLC programming, SCADA, robotics, OPC UA, MQTT; manage lab equipment; develop courseware; and mentor students in collaboration with MSME and OEM partners.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in industrial automation, robotics or Industry 4.0 deployments.
• Experience with PLCs and SCADA/MES platforms is preferred.
• Excellent communication and passion for upskilling India's manufacturing workforce.
