Job summary

Qwickly Ventures is seeking an experienced API/ESB Integration professional to design, develop and manage enterprise integrations for a Banking/FinTech organization. The role focuses on RESTful APIs, ESB/middleware, API security, and microservices architectures in a high‑availability environment.

The ideal candidate will have 9+ years of hands-on experience across API technologies, governance, and production support, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure robust, scalable

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in API/ESB integration and enterprise integrations.
• Strong hands-on in ESB/middleware and multiple API integrations.
• Experience with API security, gateway and management.
• Knowledge of microservices, Kubernetes and serverless architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and manage RESTful APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, JSON/XML.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, ensure coding standards and best practices.
• Handle production support, RCA, and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with Product, Ops, InfoSec and other stakeholders.
• Ensure scalability, high availability, resilience and performance.
• Plan and manage multiple projects with priorities and delivery timelines.

We are looking for an experienced API/ESB Integration professional to design, develop and manage enterprise integrations for a leading Banking/FinTech organization.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Design, develop & manage RESTful APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, JSON/XML
• Strong hands‑on experience in ESB/Middleware & multiple API integrations
• Experience with API Gateway, API Management & API Security
• Strong knowledge of OAuth, JWT, encryption & data protection
• Experience with Microservices, Kubernetes & Serverless architecture
• Handle application management, production support, troubleshooting & RCA
• Ensure scalability, high availability, resilience & performance
• Manage multiple projects, priorities and delivery timelines
• Lead/mentor technical teams and ensure coding standards & best practices
• Work closely with Product, Operations, InfoSec and other stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodology & Jira/ASANA
