Job summary

Accenture India Private Limited is seeking an Analyst in the SC&E - Industry X division to support Digital Engineering R&D initiatives. You will work with the Manager/Sr.

Manager to deliver PLM enablement, BOM and MDM solutions, and drive digital twin/thread programs across multiple PLM platforms. The role requires 2–5 years of experience in PLM transformations, strong technical understanding of PLM processes, and ability to liaise with business teams to co-develop use cases and assets.

Qualifications

• Implementation experience on multiple mid to large-scale PLM projects including BOM, ECM, MDM and Digital Thread.
• Expertise in PLM, Process Excellence, Solutioning, Data Governance and Digital Transformations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in Engineering and R&D Transformation Programs to drive Innovation and Process Enablement for clients.
• Develop assets and offerings in PLM Enablement, Integrated BOM, Product & Engineering MDM and Digital Twin & Thread, coordinating with managers.
• In-depth understanding of Product Data Management, PLM Processes and Digital Thread areas.
• Co-develop use cases, assets and solutions with business teams.
• Enable transformation in R&D by creating business processes for design, part management, BOM management, ECR/ECO, document management and supplier collaboration.

SC&E - Industry X - Digital Engineering R&D - Analyst

Logistical Details: Experience: 2-5 years of Experience; Location: India; Full time; Start: Immediate.

Looking for Motivated and Proactive professionals with exceptional skills in Engineering and PLM Transformations to produce quality deliverables for the client.

As an Analyst in Engineering and R&D Digitization, you will work closely with the Manager/Sr. Manager to define and deliver in the areas of PLM Enablement, BOM Management, Master Data Management, and Digital Twin & Thread.

Key responsibilities include:

• Deliver in Engineering and R&D Transformation Programs to drive Innovation and Process Enablement for the Clients.
• Develop relevant assets, offerings in PLM Enablement, Integrated BOM, Product & Engineering Master Data Management and Digital Twin and Thread areas and liaise with Managers/Senior Managers on these assets and offerings.
• In-depth working and understanding of Product Data Management, PLM Processes and Digital Thread areas.
• Co-develop use cases, assets & solutions with business teams.
• Enable transformation in R&D utilizing the PLM capabilities by creating business processes for Package/Product design, Part Management, Bill of Material Management, Engineering Change Management, Document Management, Product Structure, Product Research, Simulations, Prototyping, Product Testing (qualitative & quantitative) and supplier collaboration and more.
• Additional responsibilities (as needed): Support proposals and build eminence in Engineering and R&D Digitization Capabilities, Contribute to growth and development of Accenture’s ED offering and support recruitment, training, coaching, Support management in RFP, Estimation and work breakdown.

Preferred Experience

• Implementation experience on multiple mid to large-scale projects involving multiple systems in areas of PLM, BOM, ECM, Master Data Management and Digital Thread Space.
• Experienced in PLM, Process Excellence, Functional Solutioning, Solution designing, Data Governance, Digital Transformations and shaping end to end Engineering Transformations.
