Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Senior Manager-level professional to lead R&D capability programs within DERD, delivering strategy, PLM enablement, and digital engineering solutions for consumer goods and hi-tech clients.

You will drive transformations across PLM, Digital Twin, Thread, and related domains, managing client engagements and guiding teams to successful outcomes, while collaborating with leadership to shape end-to-end engineering transformations.

Qualifications

• Experience in R&D Strategy, PLM, and digital transformation programs.
• Strong consulting skills with ability to lead projects and client interactions.
• Experience preferably with Consumer Goods & Services and/or Hi-Tech industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage consulting projects focusing on R&D Strategy, PLM, R&D Innovation, Business Case development, Vendor Selection etc.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, providing expert advice and solutions in digital engineering and R&D.
• Oversee the project lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Lead a team of consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and support in their professional development.
• Stay conversant of industry trends and technological advancements to offer cutting-edge solutions to clients.
• Foster relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to expand business opportunities.
• Having extensively worked for Consumer Goods & Services industry
• Experience of working in New Product Development, R&D, Innovation mgmt., PLM, BOM, Digital Twin and Thread space, Process Excellence, Digital Transformations and shaping end to end Engineering Transformations
• Experience of working on Strategy and Consulting assignments for clients.
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment where continuous innovation is desired.
• Ability to clearly communicate these data insights to others.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in PLM and digital engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• Project Management Experience with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in Global Environment using Onshore Offshore model.
• Sensitivity and skill at working with different cultures and styles

Rapidly learn and apply new engineering technologies and exposure to other PLM tools.
