Google seeks an Engineering Analyst for the YouTube Trust & Safety team in Hyderabad to identify and remove abusive content at scale, analyzing large datasets and working with global teams. You will perform fraud investigations, design prompts for LLMs, apply advanced statistics, and help develop scalable quality processes.
You should have strong data analysis, project management, and communication skills, with experience in ML systems and data mining. Weekend on-call may be required.

As an Engineering Analyst on the YouTube Trust and Safety team, you will be directly responsible for ensuring that we effectively identify and remove disruptive content and users as quickly as possible, in an environment where hundreds of hours of new content is uploaded every minute, globally. You will be passionate about technologies and have experience with analyzing large scale data and scaled systems of review. You will thrive in a fast, dynamic, demanding environment where no two days are ever the same. You will be a key contributor to the strategy for reducing network badness on YouTube. You will be an independent, critical thinker with sound metrics judgment who has a passion for coaching others, solving technological tests and setting scalable standards. You will balance the short-term requirements we face while demonstrating the ability to see the big picture and make quantitatively based long-term recommendations accordingly. You may require on-call work at weekends on a rotational basis.
