Job summary

Health Catalyst in India is seeking an Engineering Analyst, Associate to support the design, setup and implementation of technical solutions for healthcare clients. You will work with project leads to understand and document business and technical requirements, create data mapping documents, perform data quality checks and assist in integration tasks across systems.

• UG: BCA or B.Tech/B.E. completed.
• PG: MCA or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Engineering Analyst, Associate.

Role Responsibilities

• Support the design, setup, and implementation of technical solutions based on client and business needs.
• Work with project leads and other teams to understand, clarify, and document business and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain data mapping documents, implementation guides, processes, and best practices.
• Analyze client data to create solution design, data mapping, and integration requirements.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure data is accurate, complete, and follows required specifications.
• Work on system configuration, testing, and client User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and help identify and resolve issues.
• Identify requirements or client requests that are outside the agreed project scope and communicate them to the appropriate teams.
• Work with engineering, product, implementation, and other teams to investigate and resolve data, integration, and production issues.
• Complete assigned tasks and project deliverables accurately and on time to meet project milestones.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, dependencies, and issues, and escalat...
• Help improve implementation processes, documentation, tools, and best practices to make future projects more efficient.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams through clear communication, collaboration, and accountability.
