We are seeking an individual to provide comprehensive 2nd line operational support for Cisco Unified Communications and Voice over IP solutions in a global enterprise environment. This role focuses on resolving complex incidents, performing change activities, maintaining high service availability, and supporting customer onboarding. The position is aligned with VOIS’ network transformation agenda and requires strong collaboration to identify automation opportunities, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to long‑term service excellence.
Maintain and enhance knowledge bases and inventory databases for operational accuracy.
