Job summary

Kaabil is seeking to fill 20 immediate teaching roles in Raichur, Karnataka. Candidates will teach students from Grade 6 to 10 in various subjects including CAD design, electrical repairs, and plumbing basics.

The ideal candidates should possess experience in Mechanical Engineering or Digital Technology. The positions offer both part-time and full-time opportunities with salaries ranging from Rs 25,000 to 30,000 PM, depending on skills and experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Teach CAD design and 3D modeling skills to students.

Job description

Position Summary

We have 20 roles to fill immediately for candidates with experience in Mechanical Engineering, Digital Technology, Plumbing and Electrics, to teach students from Grade 6 to 10 in government schools.

Role Overview

1. 3D Modeler / CAD Designer

   You will be the person who converts given ideas and concepts sketches into digital reality through CAD tools, 3D modelling of day-to-day product/parts. And will share your skills with students to empower and encourage them to be future CAD modeler.

   Skills required: CAD software (SOLIDWORKS, TINKER CAD, FUSION 360)

2. Electrician / Electrical fix-it expert / Appliance Troubleshooter / Mechanical fix-it Expert

   You must be able to read and understand wiring diagram and circuit layouts, have knowledge of household electrical appliances (motors, switch boards, controller, lighting unit) and basic knowledge of PCB boards and electronics components. You will teach students to practise safe handling of electricity and have the ability to repair, replace and test faulty components and explain electrical in a simple way to kids.

   Skills required: Understanding basic electrical circuits, can fix day to day life products, repair/ replace / test.

3. Prototype Maker

   You are someone who builds real functional prototypes which are innovative, universal by using clays, foams and does rapid prototyping from eco-friendly material. You must know to give ergonomic shape and industrial design. As the concept develops, you need to use rapid prototyping techniques and share those crafting skills with the students and empower them with those skills.

   Skills required: Industrial design modeler, clay modelling, foam & thermocol modelling

4. 3D Animators

   You must know how to create detailed 3D animations that explain the inner workings of everyday items (fans, Ac, mixers, switches, machine). Collaborate with engineers to understand the technical concepts, and translate them into clear videos to show the before – and - after solution effects to then teach students, simple interface animation in fun and easy way.

   Skills required: Autodesk Maya, Blender, CapCut, Adobe Illustrator

5. Plumbers

   We are looking for water warriors aka plumbers to help us design our projects like smart water systems, smart drainage system and teach students the basics.

   Skills required: water flow management, Tank installation basics, valve knowledge, leak detection and repair, filter installation, plumbing measurements and tool handling

Salary: Rs 25,000 to 30,000 PM dependent on skills, experience, part-time, full-time.
