Job summary
Siemens Energy Industrial Turbomachinery India Private Limited is seeking a Professional/Experienced Engineer - Technical Documentation to create technical information, operation manuals, and detailed assembly instructions for gas turbines and power turbine packages.
The role includes supporting digitalization and data migration to PLM2020 while maintaining confidentiality of proprietary Siemens Energy products.
Responsibilities
- Create Technical Information for Knowledge Handbooks
- Create Detail Assembly Instructions for Gas turbines, Power Turbines & Gas Turbine packages for input to Cortona Animation team
- Create project specific Operation & Maintenance manuals for SGT-A35 / SGT-A65 packages
- Create Tool drawings for Digital Build Plan projects
- Support Digitalization initiatives like Digital Twin / Data migration from Server to PLM2020
- Create Baseline checklist for Installation & Commissioning Activities
- Effective utilization of available tools & resources
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information of Siemens Energy products

- Creation of Technical Information for Knowledge Handbooks
- Create Detail Assembly Instructions for Gas turbines, Power Turbines & Gas Turbine packages for input to Cortona Animation team

- Effective utilization of available tools & resources.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information of Siemens Energy products.
- B.E / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering or equivalent with experience ranging from minimum of 2 to 5 years in the relevant area.
- Hands on experience with CAD Tools like AutoCAD, NX and PLM (Teamcenter or Globus) applying for Turbomachines (Centrifugal Compressors/Gas Turbines/Steam Turbines) preferably in Oil & Gas Domain
- Thorough Understanding of P&ID / G.A drawings of GT packages
- Good Knowledge of Assembly sequence for core engine build, power turbine build & package build.
- Working Knowledge of Modeling and Detailing Turbomachinery Packaging
- Working Knowledge on GA, P&ID, Base plate, and Auxiliary Systems of Gas Turbines
