Job summary

Egis Road Operation India in Bengaluru, India seeks an Engineer - Structures to design and develop structural solutions across diverse projects, leading reviews and calculations.

The role requires a Civil/Structural engineering background (8–10 years), a PE license, and proficiency in analysis software and CAD; you will mentor juniors and ensure compliance with codes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on project engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• Extensive knowledge of concept design, buildability, detailed design, and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in structural analysis software and 3D modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of CAD standards and experience with 3D working environments.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in India.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality structural engineering solutions.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development.

Responsibilities
